How To Find Your Ring Size?
1. Get a piece of string or cut out a piece of paper.
2. Wrap it around the base of your finger. It has to fit snug, but not too tight.
3.Mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps forming a circle.
4.Measur the length of the string/paper using a ruler in mm.
5.Compare the length to the chart. That is your ring size.

DISPATCHING TIMING OF ORDERS
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of being placed. Please note that during busy periods and in sale, this is sometimes not possible and we regret we cannot make any amendments to purchases once ordered.

Import duty & taxes
The customer is responsible for any taxes, duty or charges that may be incurred. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.

OUR RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are unused and in original condition within 30 days (excluding Final Sale).
If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact customer services contact@arsisjewelry.com as soon as possible, who will be able to assist you.
Returns need to be new, unused, in a saleable condition in their original packaging, and with all the labels, tags, any box or seals intact.
To return an item, you can send back the item at your own cost using a postal service of your liking. We recommend using a service that can provide a ‘Certificate of Posting’, as until the parcel reaches us it is your responsibility.
We do not refund the original postage and packaging charge. All return costs must be covered by the senders/shipper.
On the customs form, please mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ and enter a value of '0'. This helps us avoid unnecessary customs charges and speeds up the return process. If goods arrive in our warehouse and clearance costs or import taxes are charged due to incorrect customs declaration, all expenses incurred due to customs complications will be deducted from your refund.
After we received your return in a good condition, we will aim to refund you within 48 hours. Sometimes it may take a couple of days longer until it's shown on your statement. After we received your return, you will be able to print your order in your account, proving it was returned and refunded in case you need to get the import tax refunded from your customs agency in your home country.
Exchange
We do not currently offer exchanges. Once your parcel is sent back it will be refunded to the card used to place the order.
