How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.

Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it.

How can I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We have a cancellation window about 6hrs since order been placed.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

How do discount codes work?

Simply enter the discount code on the cart page and click on apply coupon button.

Some discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes or any other type of discount. We have the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.

VAT and tax

VAT (at 20%) is included on all orders within the UK & Europe, and is included in the listed product prices.

EU orders: We would like to reassure all of our European customers that there will be no uninvited costs (additional customs taxes and duties) from Brexit's new trading laws.

Outside the EU: VAT (at 20%) is automatically taken off any order being delivered outside the EU. This amount has already been deducted from the product prices you see on the site.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What is your jewelry made of?

Our earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and rings are made with a variety of metals and stones. When shopping online, each product lists the specific metal and stone used.

Do you make custom orders?

Unfortunately no. At the moment we are not able to take custom orders.

Do you offer nickel-free jewelry?

We get our jewelry from hundreds of suppliers all over the world. The majority of our jewelry is nickel-free, but it is not guaranteed unless stated explicitly in the item description. However, many cases of allergic reactions are actually caused by the cleaning solutions used rather than the metal. Safely check a cleanser by dabbing a q-tip into it and testing a small area on your skin.
