Refund policy

OUR RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you would like to return something, you can do so to our warehouse in the UK within 30 days of delivery.

If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact customer services contact@arsisjewelry.com as soon as possible, who will be able to assist you.

Returns need to be new, unused, in a saleable condition in their original packaging, and with all the labels, tags, any box or seals intact.

To return an item, you can send back the item at your own cost using a postal service of your liking. We recommend using a service that can provide a ‘Certificate of Posting’, as until the parcel reaches us it is your responsibility. 

We do not refund the original postage and packaging charge. All return costs must be covered by the senders/shipper.

On the customs form, please mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ and enter a value of '0'. This helps us avoid unnecessary customs charges and speeds up the return process. If goods arrive in our warehouse and clearance costs or import taxes are charged due to incorrect customs declaration, all expenses incurred due to customs complications will be deducted from your refund. 

After we received your return in a good condition, we will aim to refund you within 48 hours. Sometimes it may take a couple of days longer until it's shown on your statement. After we received your return, you will be able to print your order in your account, proving it was returned and refunded in case you need to get the import tax refunded from your customs agency in your home country. 

Exchange

We do not currently offer exchanges. Once your parcel is sent back it will be refunded to the card used to place the order.
